The Inaugural Summer League Season is scheduled to start on Thursday 24th May. Can we please remind all Teams that the deadline for the return of Registration Forms and Fees has now passed.


If you're one of the few Teams who haven't yet confirmed whether they are participating in the Summer League, don't worry there's still time. Just get in contact with any of the Committee Members, whose details are listed under the Committee Members Section of the Website and we'll arrange for the relevant Registration Documents to be sent out to you.


A League Pre-Commencement Meeting will be held tomorrow, Wednesday 16th May 2012 at 8pm at the William Twigg.


Whilst we would ask that all Captains attend this Meeting, any other players wishing to do so are also welcome to attend. The Meeting will be held at the William Twigg at 8 o'clock.


The purpose of the Meeting will be primarily to hand out Summer League Information Packs which will comprise a Fixture List, Score Cards, a copy of the League Constitution, Contact Details for the current Committee and a full copy of the EPA World Rules.


However, it will also be an opportunity for anyone with any queries or concerns regarding the New League to engage with the Committee. Remember, the ethos of the League is to be as open, honest and transparent as possible so don't feel that there are questions you can't ask, each Committee Member will be present and happy to respond to any points raised. 


Can any Team which has not yet returned a copy of their Team Registration Form or Fees please do so tomorrow night. We are keen to ensure we have current contact details for each of our member Teams and completed Registration Forms are essential to enable us to achieve this.
